About This Project

Architecture and implementation of the first fully-fledged in-house developed CRM web application for a telecom company operating across all of Iraq and the Kurdistan Region, built to global standards. It is used daily by Korek shops, agents, and POS locations, providing flexible and maintainable rich functionality that handles customers' daily processes and transactions.

The application is built on a Next.js Server-Side Rendering (SSR) architecture with standardized coding rules that adhere to Clean Code principles — an architecture I introduced for global enterprise-level web applications at Korek.

Key Accomplishments

Gathered standardized requirements and features.
Implemented complex business logic for all aspects of the application.
Applied best practices and enforced code quality on team members for maximum efficiency and collaboration.
Used up-to-date technologies for better maintainability to support long-term goals.
Migrated services from the old CRM application to keep the user experience consistent.
Acted as Git master — reviewing every merge request and managing repositories contributed by all team members.
